We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. You can generally use this website without providing any personal data. Where you submit data to us via forms (e.g. your email address), you always do so voluntarily.
This website is hosted by an external service provider (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the website, the host automatically processes technical access data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) to the extent required to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia), a privacy-friendly web analytics service. Plausible uses neither cookies nor persistent identifiers and does not store any personal data; all metrics are processed exclusively in aggregated form on servers within the EU. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analyzing the reach of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required for this.
Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we use Pipedrive Web Visitors / Leadfeeder, a service provided by Liidio Oy (Mikonkatu 17 C, 00100 Helsinki, Finland). The service attributes visits to our website to companies based on IP addresses and cookies, enabling us to follow up in a B2B context. Without your consent via the cookie banner, these trackers are not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this page.
When you submit an inquiry via our forms, request documents (e.g. the data sheet as a PDF) or register for a webinar, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, message and the source of the request) in order to handle your inquiry, provide the requested documents or run the webinar and contact you about it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in handling B2B inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Form data is stored in a database operated by our processor Supabase (Supabase, Inc.). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; where data is processed outside the EU, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
For webinars that we host together with a partner (e.g. Siemens), we share your registration data with the co-host to the extent required to organize and run the webinar. We point this out separately during registration.
We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for its purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
For consistent font rendering, this website embeds fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you open a page, your browser loads the required fonts from Google servers; in the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the consistent and appealing presentation of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from "http://" to "https://". When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
